Schedule A Class Visit

Please use the form below to request a university class visit to Hanes Art Gallery, stArt Gallery in Reynolda Village, or the WFU Art Collections in Benson University Center. Please make requests at least 3 weeks in advance. We would be happy to work with you to tailor the visit to your course goals. There are a few options available, including:

Bringing your class for a self-guided visit
Collaborating with us to design a guided activity focused on visual analysis and “how to approach” artworks
Having staff or student docents lead a guided tour and discussion for your students

After you fill out the form, a member of our staff will be in touch to further discuss the goals of your visit and to confirm the time and date. We also encourage scheduling a brief meeting either in person or via Zoom to share more information about the exhibitions and collection and discuss how we might best integrate the visit into your course.
