Molly Kaderka Marbling Workshop
November 14th, 2025 from 10-12pm (WFU Students), and 1:30-3:30pm (WFU Faculty and Staff) in Scales Drawing Studio.
Join exhibiting artist Molly Kaderka for a hands-on workshop exploring the centuries-old technique of Ebru marbling, a process she uses in her large-scale installations to evoke geological and cosmic textures. Participants will learn the basics of floating pigments on water and transferring the designs onto paper, creating their own unique marbled works to take home.
The workshop is open to all WFU students, faculty, and staff. Two separate sessions will be offered: the student session from 10:00am-12:00pm, and the faculty and staff session from 1:30-3:30pm. Each workshop is limited to 12 participants, with additional space available for observers.
If registration exceeds capacity, additional sign-ups will be placed on a waitlist in the order they were received. Participants from the waitlist will be notified if a spot becomes available.
