Transmedia and vocal artist Lynn Book co-created a duo with double bassist David Menestres in 2023 called OS or os or Os, or in some instances, Zeroes. For their concert at Hanes Gallery, they will be joined by clarinetist and composer Michael Thomas Jackson for a set of both improvised and structured improvisations. The trio will respond to works in the exhibition with varied approaches that include sound as implied in a work and sound as primary element in the work itself.
