2009 WFU Student Art Exhibition
Opening Reception: Thursday, April 16, 5- 7pm

Over 200 entries. Open to all WFU students.

70 works were selected for the exhibition by Studio Art Faculty.

Represented media: Painting, Prints, Drawings, Sculpture, Digital media, Photography, Video, Installation art

$1000 in cash awards.
Including the King Family Awards ($600) (details below)

The WFU art faculty member(s) representing each of the six studio areas will select one of their students to receive a cash award of $100.00 based on the following criteria

1. Creative uniqueness exhibiting notable individuality and force of content.

2. A model student with outstanding drive and dedication to their creative process.

3. Willingness to go beyond what is expected of them.

4. Exhibiting in-class leadership qualities and personal integrity.

Winner's announced during the opening reception: Thursday, April 16, 5 - 7pm.

Several exhibited works are purchased for the WFU Student Art Collection each year.
